Rental fees are due as follows: half upon booking, and the balance by 30 days before the start of each rental period (except is year round).  Personal, cashiers or certified check – no credit cards.  In addition to rent, tenant pays for:

§   Electricity, long distance charges, pay-per-view purchases and propane during the term. Underground propane tank will be filled at start.  Tenant pays for what is used, at cost (including delivery) and will replace or pay for the difference at the end of term.

§   A damage deposit, to be held in escrow, to be returned upon timely inspection of the property after the rental term is complete, depending on condition of property (usual wear and tear excepted).

Term 1: Holiday/Winter 2008 (November 15, 2008 - April 15, 2009) includes Thanksgiving, Hanukah, Christmas, New Year’s, MLK Day, Presidents’ Day, all school vacation periods, and Easter.  $9,500.

Term 2: Summer 2009 (May 23 – September 7, 2009) includes Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day.  $2,500.

Term 3: Foliage 2009 (September 19 – November 10, 2009) includes Columbus Day and Veteran’s Day weekends.  $1,500.

Depending on bookings, there may be some flexibility in dates, so please inquire.

FAQs: Plenty of parking.  Mudroom.  Bathrooms are newly remodeled (full bath has oversize tub and shower).  Custom cabinets in large kitchen.  Lots of closets.  Childproof cabinets, child gate at top of stairs.  Palmer Hill Road is a maintained town road.  Driveway entrance on Sharkey Drive is ~50 feet from Palmer Hill.  Plowing is responsibility of owner.
