Ms. Reilly is founder and principal of Reilly Group, a qualitative market research and consulting practice serving for-profit and non-profit companies, including marketers, advertising agencies, and major research providers in a range of industries.  Her particular areas of expertise are financial services, investments, gaming, and non-profits.

Qualifications

 

Ms. Reilly has been working in research since 1980.  The early part of her career was spent on learning the business on the client side, managing a wide variety of research initiatives for Fortune 200 companies such as Gillette, Pepsico and Fleet Financial Group (now part of Bank of America).  She has broad experience in all standard research methodologies, design, implementation, management of project work, analysis and presentation of results, including determining broader business implications for findings.  Ms. Reilly has worked extensively with both consumer and business populations.  Her background in customer satisfaction/service quality research is extensive.
