The Issue:

The United States Postal Service was facing an existential crisis from competition both online and “on the road.”  The USPS had significant assets and infrastructure but needed to learn how to leverage these in a rapidly changing landscape.

Through research with stakeholders who rely on communication and delivery, we were able to identify myriad avenues of opportunity to reposition USPS services, and reconfigure its business relationships to compete more effectively. 


One of several solutions was to create new sales opportunities ancillary to the USPS’ core products and services, specifically targeting small business operators, and sole proprietors.
